Customer Care Coordinator


The Customer Care Representative is responsible for managing homes under warranty and representing the company to homeowners. At Rocklyn Homes, Customer Care is a priority and a representative must be excited to help customers, have great communication and problem solving skills, be patient, empathetic and have a positive disposition.  


  • Manage incoming calls
  • Identify immediate needs of homeowners
  • Build positive working relationships with homeowners and trade partners
  • Handle complaints with a positive attitude and provide solutions based on standards
  • Create and manage schedules of field staff and trade partners
  • Record and maintain homeowner files
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot to resolve concerns

Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Construction standards and methods preferred
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to speak professionally with confidence
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Collaborative team player
