Customer Care Representative

Summary:

Responsible for representing the company to homeowners.  Conduct homeowner walk-throughs using set guidelines and good judgment, input service orders and manage subcontractors during repairs.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Conduct Customer Care inspections with homeowners
  • Organize and prioritize written lists of warrantable items to be completed
  • Schedule trade partners to do repairs and supervise trade partners during repairs
  • Verify completion of work by trade partners
  • Coordinate all work with office and other field personnel
  • Record and maintain homeowner files
  • Assign accountability for expenses while managing budgets

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Minimum one year construction experience
  • Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
  • Superior communication skills
  • Basic computer skills required
