Residential Builder Superintendent
Summary of Position:
Seeking Residential Construction Superintendent to join the Rocklyn family. Candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of the on-site construction to ensure each home is completed to meet all codes and standards. Must have a minimum of 3 years residential experience to be considered.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of new technology such as iPads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
