- Can we use our own lender? Yes. That said, Rocklyn will only pay incentives with preferred lender – Bank South.
- Will there be amenities? Yes- Pool, Pavillion and Playground.
- What are the HOA fees? HOA will be mandatory and is approximately $200 per month. Subject to change.
