Ice Skating
Ice Skating is a great way to get some exercise while having lots of fun. Ice Days of Conyers has returned to the Olde Town Pavilion located at 949 S. Main Street for the 2018-2019 season. The season runs now through February 24, 2019. Days and hours of operation vary, so visit http://icedays.com/conyers/ for a calendar. Cost is $10 to skate (includes skate rental or bring your town). Still have some shopping to do? Winterfest, sponsored by Ice Days and Olde Town Conyers, has been rescheduled for Saturday, December 15 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.! Come shop for last minute holiday gifts from nearly 30 vendors on Commercial Street in Olde Town Conyers. Free admission and parking.
Local Nature Spots
Local nature spots include Arabia Mountain National Heritage, Panola Mountain State Park and the Monastery of the Holy Spirit in Conyers. During the Olympics, the Georgia International Horse Park was built in Conyers and now hosts many different types of events and horse shows.
